The Opportunity
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for engagement and loyalty across the company and Pro, ensuring alignment with growth goals and business unit objectives.
- Own key product metrics such as retention rate, session frequency, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Drive product development across the full lifecycle, from discovery and validation to launch and iteration, focusing on utility, repeat usage, and behavioral reinforcement.
- Develop and implement growth loops and in-product mechanics that encourage higher usage frequency and depth, including gamification, rewards, social features, and habit-forming design.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to execute A/B and multivariate tests at scale, utilizing results for fast, data-informed decision-making.
- Partner with Marketing and Lifecycle teams to create targeted engagement campaigns and personalized messaging strategies based on behavioral insights, executed through push notifications, in-app messaging, and email.
- Design and refine client segmentation frameworks to enhance personalization and optimize user journeys.
- Work closely with Business Leads for Consumer and Pro segments to align product goals with user personas, market demands, and overall business objectives.
What You Bring
- Over 5 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on engagement, retention, or lifecycle growth (preferably within crypto or fintech industries).
- Strong analytical abilities with a demonstrated proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
- Experience in growth product management, with a solid understanding of experimentation, funnel optimization, and behavioral psychology.
- Proven track record of launching successful engagement features such as notification systems, loyalty/rewards programs, or community-driven features.
- Experience with both mobile and web applications, with an ability to navigate technical discussions with engineers.
- Ability to empathize deeply with users while maintaining a strong business sense.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple organizational levels.
- Genuine enthusiasm for Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency ecosystem, underpinned by a strong belief in the company's mission.
