About the Job
What’s On Your Plate?
● Be the Product Ops expert in your tribe, possessing end-to-end tribe & product knowledge to work with your product counterparts.
● Define, influence or operate the go-to-market strategies to bring talabat’s products to all of our local markets in the most effective way possible.
● Optimise products post rollout to drive continuous improvement.
● Ensure functional teams and business stakeholders are aligned to the objectives of your products.
● Leverage high-impact horizontal initiatives and look to benefit the entire product and tech department by bringing about an improvement in these fundamental topics.
● Surface insights to Product and Tech and advise further product improvement.

Requirements
What Did We Order?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, business operations, consulting, product, product operations, or similar role.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Strong team player with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision.
• Drive key processes to enhance daily business and have the ability to prioritize demands in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
• Strong English skills, in both written and verbal communication.
• You have a voice that is human, personal and matches our Product brand.
• Ability to think like a Product user and be invested in our users’ needs.
