As the Sr. Program Manager for the Maneuver Dominance team in Abu Dhabi, you will play a critical role in the Omen program, which features a hover-to-cruise autonomous air vehicle. This position involves balancing innovation with practical execution, managing program milestones, and ensuring appropriate resourcing and technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and industry partners.
  • Serve as the local liaison for UAE relationships, coordinating with suppliers and test organizations.
  • Lead cross-team collaboration to ensure project alignment and execution.
  • Drive technical outcomes through clear communication and risk management.
  • Execute on broad and ambiguous requirements independently.
  • Support the drafting of technical proposals and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in program management or systems engineering, preferably in defense or aerospace.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing product development.
  • Solid technical aptitude and experience in communicating with engineering teams.
  • Ability to work with a range of stakeholders and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance and travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Experience with facility definition and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Salary Range: $147,000—$195,000 USD, with additional benefits including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, generous PTO, and retirement savings plans.

Work Conditions:
This is a full-time, on-site position that requires collaboration with both local and international teams, demanding a considerable understanding of defense technology operations and logistics.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
