Key Responsibilities
- Govern strategic customer programs from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
- Drive delivery performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and customer outcomes.
- Own portfolio forecasting, financial performance, revenue realization, margin health, and change governance across assigned engagements.
- Assess delivery readiness, implementation approaches, resource requirements, timelines, and risks during deal reviews and project initiation.
- Lead executive governance, stakeholder communications, escalation management, and recovery planning for complex programs.
- Govern company-led and partner-led engagements to ensure delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and commercial alignment.
- Collaborate across Sales, Consulting, Architecture, Support, Customer Success, and partner teams to achieve program objectives.
