About the Role
We are looking for a skilled professional to lead the overall delivery of assigned packages within our projects, ensuring that project objectives related to time, cost, quality, and safety are achieved. You will supervise and manage contractors to ensure works are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and milestone targets. With a focus on quality and safety, you will oversee the supervision team for daily inspections and maintain a high level of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) awareness, ensuring that contractors comply with all safety and environmental obligations.

Responsibilities
- Lead the overall delivery of assigned packages, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Supervise and manage contractors to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and milestones.
- Direct the supervision team in conducting daily inspections to uphold quality standards and safety requirements.
- Maintain high HSE awareness, ensuring contractors meet safety and environmental standards.
- Promptly resolve technical and site-related issues to prevent delays.
- Represent the firm in client and coordination meetings, presenting progress reports and discussing key issues.
- Review and provide recommendations on construction programs, technical submittals, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Negotiate and manage changes to the scope of work with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement project management documentation, including the Project Execution Plan, Health & Safety Plan, and Quality Control Plan.
- Define and monitor program requirements for all project areas, ensuring staff performance meets quality standards.
- Assign responsibilities to team members, conduct performance evaluations, and aid in their professional development.
- Conduct weekly internal coordination meetings to assess progress, identify risks, and formulate action plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Dubai Authorities’ standards (RTA, DM, DEWA, etc.) and applicable international codes.
- Review and verify technical deliverables; ensure timely responses to RFIs, NCRs, and shop drawing reviews.
- Provide strong technical and managerial support for civil and infrastructure works, including roads, utilities, and drainage systems.
