The Senior Sales Engineer, Security Systems is an integral part of a growing team responsible for achieving sales targets in the UAE across the Security Systems portfolio. This role focuses on selling new construction projects while expanding market share with both existing and new clients within targeted verticals. Responsibilities
- Qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive value propositions and high-quality proposals, participating in tendering and bidding processes managed by the pre-sales team.
- Differentiate the company by leveraging knowledge of competitors’ strategies, products, solutions, and services.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while proactively driving territory growth.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously through excellent planning and time management skills.
- Ensure comprehensive stakeholder mapping from Contractor, Consultant, and End User levels to maximize winning rates and achieve your sales objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Security Systems Sales in the UAE market.
- Experience in designing technical solutions, selecting equipment, and advising customers on solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and demonstrating a strong sales drive.
- Ability to deliver technical solution presentations effectively.
- Fluent in English.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
