Responsibilities

  • Deliver secure, personalized cloud journeys by aligning services to customer goals and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Engage early for proactive renewals and collaborate with Customer Success Account Managers to reinforce value and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Lead the consulting virtual account team to bring customer visions to life through consultative selling, active listening, and continuous planning.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to deal closure—while driving Cloud consumption through sold projects and programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years industry sales experience in the commercial or public sector (e.g., Finance, Local Government) or 5+ years consulting solution and Unified sales experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), or related field.
  • Proven experience in consultative selling and digital engagement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft methodologies and Industry Cloud solutions.
  • English proficiency is required for effective communication, documentation, and collaboration in a global work environment.
