Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Full-time; Flexible work environment with potential for remote work and limited travel requirements (up to 25% travel). Office-centric role requiring presence in the office for 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new-to-market offerings and strategically drive business growth in enterprise accounts.
  • Mentor services solutions consultants, assisting in skill and career development.
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs.
  • Design and build large-scale data management solutions, utilizing technical expertise for high-impact presentations.
  • Take a leadership role in analyzing requirements and performing advanced solution designs across product and service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in selling within industry verticals; 7+ years in designing solutions including virtualization, storage, security, and networking.
  • Certifications: Recognized industry certifications preferred.
  • Sales Expertise: Quota-bearing experience and knowledge of the sales process, including ROI models and value-based selling.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data management/protection/migration, analytics/AI/ML, business applications, and multi-cloud strategies.
  • Communication: Strong presentation skills; ability to engage with customers at all levels.
  • Language Requirements: Bilingual/native French and fluent written and verbal English speaking skills required.
