This hybrid engineering and product-design role involves translating complex Treasury analytics into clear, usable tools for senior management. You will collaborate closely with quantitative risk managers and data teams to develop REST APIs, data schemas, and user interfaces that provide transparent, data-driven insights to assist in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of the Capital Management Product, including UI/UX, backend, and API architecture.
- Develop RESTful APIs and data connectors to integrate various internal and external data sources.
- Convert quantitative models into scalable, interactive web applications for real-time liquidity and capital monitoring.
- Implement front-end interfaces using Django and React, incorporating visualizations for various financial metrics.
- Design and automate data workflows to ensure timely updates and data validation.
- Collaborate with Quantitative Risk Managers to improve business dashboards with simulation outputs.
- Enhance performance, security, and scalability across data environments while maintaining robust documentation and testing.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, Risk Systems Developer, or Treasury Platform Engineer in a financial or crypto-native organization.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Django, React, SQL, REST API design, and cloud deployment (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with time-series or financial data and the integration of data from multiple systems.
- Familiarity with risk analytics, capable of translating quantitative models into actionable insights.
- Excellent ownership, product design intuition, and attention to user experience for non-technical stakeholders.
Language Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred, as the company has team members who speak over 50 languages.
