Sr. Solution Architect

We are seeking a Sr. Solution Architect with expertise in CRM systems, particularly Siebel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and designing requirements for the CRM system in consultation with relevant internal departments and subsidiaries. You will utilize best practices for CRM processes, user interface, and overall architecture while ensuring designs comply with Siebel and internal development standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design comprehensive solutions for CRM systems.
• Participate or lead projects in Siebel Configuration, Siebel System Administration, Workflows, or Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).
• Build end-to-end design patterns and solutions, integrating technologies such as micro-services, cloud-native technologies, and APIs.
• Perform reviews of Low-Level Design Documents (LLD) and conduct Production Readiness Reviews (PRR).
• Collaborate with other architects to ensure cohesive end-to-end solutions meet performance objectives.
• Promote automation to improve architectural design workflows.
• Engage in continuous improvement through robust solution analysis and application modifications.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience working with custom CRM solutions (e.g., Siebel CRM or similar).
• 3+ years of solution architecting experience on COTS CRM solutions, specifically Siebel.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture tools and data modeling tools.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, autonomy, and the ability to mentor junior architects.
• High energy with a focus on customer experience, business requirements, and project outcomes.
