Sr. Solution Architect/Business Intelligence

We are seeking a Sr. Solution Architect/Business Intelligence with proficiency in BI tools and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, Business Objects, Qlik, or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom data modeling, data warehousing, data governance, and ETL processes.

Responsibilities:

• Experience on SQL databases, data manipulation, and query optimization in data environments such as data warehouses and Data Lakes.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and UI/UX design principles.
• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Deep understanding of telecom business reporting requirements and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to align reporting solutions with business strategies and goals.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze complex business requirements and data sources, with a problem-solving mindset to address reporting-related challenges.

Key Duties:

• Ensure creation of visually appealing and user-friendly reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to convey insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee the development of standardized report templates, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Facilitate ad hoc data analysis requests and drive the implementation of self-service BI capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of reporting solutions, ensuring proper utilization of BI technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
