Position

As a member of our Solution Consulting team at ServiceNow, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future success by supporting Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales. You will contribute to revenue generation for one of our products, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This position is a hands-on technical consultancy role, requiring expertise in solution delivery and positioning throughout sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical consultant, developing and presenting product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
  • Address technical inquiries related to product features from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
  • Guide strategic initiatives in key accounts, such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreements.
  • Provide feedback to product management regarding enhancements that could meet customer needs and add value.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance teamwork efficiency.
  • Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes, which may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, and analyzing AI-driven insights.
  • Extensive pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Skills in territory management, pipeline building, and executing sales strategies with Sales teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
