As a Senior Solutions Engineer for the newly formed Enterprise Greenfield team, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating how our Data Intelligence Platform can assist customers in overcoming complex data challenges. You will work alongside a collaborative, customer-focused team that values innovation and creativity, utilizing your technical skills to create tailored solutions that help our customers achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish successful relationships with clients in your assigned territory to deliver technical and business value in collaboration with an Account Executive and cross-functional teams.
- Generate excitement about Databricks through hands-on evaluations, Spark programming, and integration with the broader cloud ecosystem and third-party applications.
- Contribute to Databricks' technical presence through engagement in workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
- Act as a Big Data Analytics advisor on architecture and design.
- Support customers by authoring reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications.
- Develop both technically and in pre-sales aspects with the goal of transitioning into an independent Solutions Architect.
Requirements:
- Experience working with clients to create narratives, respond to customer inquiries, and achieve tangible outcomes.
- Ability to independently deliver technical propositions, identify customers’ pain points, and explain areas of business value.
- Experience with solution architecture and design.
- Knowledge in a core Big Data Analytics domain, including exposure to advanced proofs-of-concept and an understanding of major public cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala.
Work Conditions:
- The location for the role must be in Riyadh, with flexibility to travel (up to 20-30% as required for customer meetings, events, and trainings).
- Fluency in Arabic and business proficiency in English is required.
