As a Senior Solutions Engineer (Sr SE), you will play a crucial role in our sales organization. This position combines sales and technical responsibilities, focusing on supporting the sales team with technical expertise and providing insights regarding the company solutions to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and knowledge of the company products and the broader ecosystem.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting sales teams to achieve allocated sales targets by leveraging technical skills.
- Engaging with customers to understand their technical and business challenges, proposing solutions that offer value.
- Maintaining technical knowledge of the company solutions and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborating with the Sales Account Manager to ensure alignment on customer needs.
- Leading strategic opportunities and providing consultative support.
You will also be expected to foster collaborative relationships, deliver customized product presentations, and contribute to case studies and technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Multiple years of experience in Cloud, Security, Application Delivery, Network Infrastructure, DevOps, SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with a focus on account management in pre-sales settings.
- Experience in systems engineering or solutions engineering, with preferred background in the company core products or relevant competitor offerings.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
