Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with the Head of Business Development to manage and expand the UAE customer portfolio, developing new clients and strengthening existing relationships to drive both short-term and long-term sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to monthly and annual order intake targets by securing UAE sales that support company revenue and profit goals.
  • Collaborate with the Bidding and Commercial teams to create competitive, customer-focused proposals for bespoke defense and commercial projects.
  • Proactively market XRANGE to new customer segments across the UAE, supporting marketing and communications campaigns, and representing REMAYA at key industry events and trade shows.
  • Develop and maintain a credible CRM sales pipeline, tracking progress against in-year order intake commitments and forecasts.
  • Support the Go-To-Market Strategy review, customer planning cycles, and sales forecasting for future projects.
  • Prepare and contribute to monthly business development reports, sales performance updates, and XRANGE customer utilization insights for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the defense, aerospace, or government contracting sectors in the UAE.
  • Proven success in identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities within complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of UAE defense ecosystem, procurement channels, and customer engagement practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior stakeholder levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite; experience with EDGE systems is an advantage.
