The Sr. Specialist will own in-app content hygiene, drive data-informed merchandising decisions, lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution, and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration across marketing, supply chain, category management, and tech. Responsibilities
- Own daily app audit checks, proactively identifying content errors, broken placements, and asset inconsistencies, ensuring corrective actions are taken on the same day.
- Maintain in-app content hygiene across all touchpoints: categories, subcategories, icons, banners, collections, and product assets, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and brand consistency at all times.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing and asset coordination to live QC, post-live monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Own the weekly and monthly campaign planning calendar, aligning with the trade marketing calendar and ensuring all internal deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on the monthly trade calendar and upcoming campaigns.
- Conduct structured post-campaign analysis after each activation, measuring performance against defined KPIs, identifying patterns and trends, and feeding learnings into future campaign planning.
- Compile and present a post-campaign insight report to the wider team after each activation.
- Analyse in-app content and asset performance on a regular basis, using data for actionable optimisations.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain and category management teams to anticipate stock availability and ensure campaigns are commercially viable.
- Partner with the tech and product teams to resolve platform issues and content inconsistencies.
- Own the product categorisation and merchandising strategy for current and new assortment.
- Maintain high standards for image quality, product descriptions, and Arabic content accuracy.
Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of experience in campaign management, content, e-merchandising, or a related role, preferably in a digital or e-commerce environment.
- Highly numbers-oriented and comfortable working with data daily, verifying with numbers rather than making assumptions.
- Extremely detail-oriented, structured, and disciplined in work processes.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with interpersonal skills to align different stakeholders.
- Proactive ownership mindset, identifying gaps and taking initiative in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable presenting performance data to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, experience with data dashboards, and fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
