ABOUT THE ROLE Senior Specialist - Engineering Are you an experienced aviation engineering professional with a passion for maintenance excellence, technical problem-solving, and operational reliability? We are looking for a Senior Specialist Engineer to support maintenance planning, technical operations, quality assurance, and system integration activities within a dynamic aviation environment. RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan, coordinate, and oversee scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities. - Monitor ACMI maintenance schedules, inspections, and technical compliance requirements. - Troubleshoot aircraft systems and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. - Maintain accurate technical records, maintenance documentation, and engineering data. - Provide leadership and technical support during inspections, repairs, and maintenance projects. - Ensure maintenance quality and adherence to approved procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. - Support the development of maintenance facilities, workshops, and technical infrastructure. - Maintain integration services and technical specifications to ensure operational reliability. - Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to resolve integration and system failures. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and operational performance. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5 to 7 years of relevant engineering experience. - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. - Strong hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance and technical operations. - Experience in technical integrations and system support. - Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in complex operational environments.
