Sr. Specialist I, Cybersecurity

An exciting opportunity is available for a Sr. Specialist I in Cybersecurity, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer located in Riyadh. This role is an individual contributor position that supports the CISO in directing information security work within the company and its subsidiaries. The selected candidate will establish vision and direction for information security and related strategies and activities, while advising on the effective management of the organization’s cyber risks.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain information security strategy and policies aligned with the company's business strategy and comply with national cybersecurity authority regulations and global standards for IT and OT.
• Promote awareness of cybersecurity throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain an information security risk management and governance program.
• Ensure communication of cybersecurity threats and mitigations to relevant third parties.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information and Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of experience in IT/OT with a focus on cybersecurity.
• Strong communication skills at all levels of staff.
• Expertise in identifying and evaluating new cybersecurity threats and developing policies that reflect the organization's strategic objectives.
• Negotiation skills for vendor agreements and knowledge of regulatory standards for IT and OT.
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC).
