Position

An exciting opportunity is available for a Sr. Specialist I, Cybersecurity at the company, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer. This role is an individual contributor position that supports the Chief Information Security Officer in directing information security initiatives within the company and its subsidiaries. The successful candidate will establish the vision and direction for the organization's information security strategy and related activities, while advising on the effective management of cyber risks.

Work Conditions: Full-time
Location: Riyadh Region

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain information security strategy and policies aligned with the company's business strategy, complying with national cybersecurity authority regulations and selecting global standards for IT and OT.
  • Promote cybersecurity awareness within the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain an information security risk management and governance program.
  • Ensure effective communication of cybersecurity threats and mitigations to relevant third parties.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information and Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT/OT with a focus on cybersecurity.
  • Strong skills in determining the operational state for security systems and assessing the impact of changes.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to identify new cybersecurity threats promptly and develop policies aligned with business and cybersecurity strategic objectives.
  • Experience in evaluating the legitimacy of suppliers and products.
  • Ability to identify new technologies and assess their potential impact on information security.
  • Critical thinking skills to address organizational challenges and relationships.
  • Experience negotiating vendor agreements.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) across diverse organizational portfolios.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards for IT and OT.
