The Senior Associate of Stakeholder Engagement at talabat will play a vital role in managing key projects related to public policy and business stakeholder communications. You will be the liaison between our logistics and partner growth teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment with both internal and external stakeholders. This position involves proactive engagement with regulators and government stakeholders in relation to our fleet, restaurants, and retail partners. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project management expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management experience, ideally from a consultancy background.

- Project manage stakeholder engagement initiatives, focusing on logistics and partner relations.
- Support public policy communication efforts by managing key regulatory and business relationships.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure cohesive communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in developing communication strategies for business-critical public affairs projects.
- Monitor and report on stakeholder feedback, aligning it with organizational goals and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support public affairs strategy.
What Did We Order?
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 4-6 years of experience in stakeholder engagement or consultancy, with project management focus.
- Strong understanding of operations and business partnerships, preferably in food tech or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience in public policy, regulatory affairs, or advocacy is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
