Key Responsibilities
Reporting Business Performance:
- Analyze Data: Dive into the company's performance metrics, identifying key trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare Reports: Create comprehensive and insightful reports for senior management, highlighting key drivers of change and actionable insights.
- Communicate Findings: Present findings in a clear and concise manner, often translating complex data into understandable recommendations for decision-makers.
Conducting Analytical Deep Dives:
- Country-Specific Analysis: Perform detailed analyses of different markets, focusing on identifying turnaround opportunities and areas for growth and profitability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to understand and address cross-functional issues impacting business performance.
- Strategy Development: Develop and recommend strategies based on analysis to improve overall performance and achieve business objectives.
Driving AI Efforts:
- Lead AI efforts across all performance teams to identify new use cases to enhance productivity.
PnL Management:
- Budgeting: Collaborate with local teams to develop the company's yearly budget, setting growth and profitability goals.
- PnL Management: Ensure that budgets are adhered to consistently across the organization and proactively identify and pursue opportunities to exceed financial targets and enhance overall profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills focused on data-driven decisions.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn, explore, and drive creative solutions.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Experience with financial modeling and PnL analysis strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Looker, and Tableau strongly preferred.
