Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the partner, driving alignment on joint sales, delivery priorities, and long-term business objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that advance revenue targets, pipeline health, and market expansion.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key Executives and Influencers within the partner to strengthen trust and partnership momentum.
  • Collaborate closely with the partner’s sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align solution offerings with evolving client needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive cross-sell/upsell motions across the company portfolio to maximize joint revenue potential.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with the partner and company Sales Leadership to track performance, assess satisfaction, and recommend growth-oriented initiatives.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive shifts, and emerging technologies to position company solutions compellingly within the partner's ecosystem.
  • Partner with the partner’s delivery teams and company Professional Services to ensure seamless execution, quality delivery, and joint planning.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics to company leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Partner Account Manager or similar role within the services industry, with direct experience working with the partner considered essential.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise information management solutions, especially content services and process automation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify and convey complex concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, deepen, and sustain influential relationships.
  • Experience managing complex projects, sales cycles, and GTM strategies in a matrixed environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for co-creating innovative solutions that address evolving market demands.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and able to operate effectively across distributed teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, workshops, and industry events.
