Sr. Systems Engineer

The company is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This position is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of networking and work with leading service providers on cutting-edge technologies. As a critical player in driving technical sales success, you will act as the technical expert in pre-sales engagements, lead customer workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept labs, and advise on advanced networking, automation, virtualization, and security solutions.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time, Permanent (Expectation of working on average 2 days per week from an office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical expert in pre-sales engagements.
• Lead customer workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept labs.
• Advise on advanced networking, automation, virtualization, and security solutions.
• Build strong relationships with technical decision-makers to solve real business challenges.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6+ years in technical pre-sales or similar roles.
• Technical skills:
  • Advanced routing & switching (MPLS, Segment Routing, EVPN, SDN)
  • Broadband access (BNG, CUPS BNG, OLT)
  • Knowledge of 5G ORAN, Packet Core, SD-WAN, and network automation
  • Familiarity with security solutions for mobile/fixed networks
  • Bonus: Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, SDN/NFV experience
• Other: Excellent communication and presentation skills; Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; Ability to travel across the UK, Europe, and occasionally the Americas.
