Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and diverse technical scopes of Professional Services engagements, projects, and programs.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their geospatial needs.
- Provide guidance on the appropriate Esri technologies for customer business challenges.
- Design, implement, and configure solutions for Esri clients, ensuring high-quality service.
- Conduct performance tuning of existing customer workflows and solutions.
- Contribute proposals with technical vision and labor estimates.
- Work with customer IT teams to implement and deploy Esri systems.
- Collaborate with other Professional Services and Business Development teams for presales demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and other technical staff.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in GIS.
- Hands-on experience with Esri software.
- Proven experience in platform architecture, solution design, and project planning.
- Knowledge of integration with other enterprise systems.
- Understanding of geospatial and mapping concepts.
- Experience with current technology implementation patterns, including service-oriented architecture.
- Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to various audiences.
- Proven experience designing and administering enterprise GIS solutions using Esri software.
- Ability to evaluate and translate customer business goals into technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or related STEM field.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Recommended Qualifications:
- Knowledge of software engineering or application development principles.
- Proficiency in writing and speaking Arabic.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing, or related fields.
