About the Job:
As a Sr. Technical Consultant specializing in imagery and remote sensing, you will engage with a diverse range of customers in the MEA region. Your primary responsibility will be to support customers in designing and implementing strategies using Esri technology best practices. This role requires collaboration with clients to understand their geospatial and remote sensing needs, guiding them on the appropriate Esri imagery technologies to solve their business challenges.
You will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring imagery solutions for Esri clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Additionally, you will conduct diagnostics and performance tuning of existing imagery workflows and collaborate with professional services and business development teams for presales demonstrations and technical discussions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their geospatial and remote sensing needs.
- Provide guidance on Esri imagery technologies to address business challenges.
- Design, implement, and configure imagery solutions for Esri clients.
- Conduct diagnosis and performance tuning for customer imagery workflows.
- Contribute to solution scoping, proposal writing, and cost estimation for imagery-related business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in GIS and remote sensing.
- Hands-on experience with imagery and remote sensing software, including satellite imagery, aerial photography, and LIDAR data management and analysis.
- Proficiency in scripting using Python for geospatial analysis and management.
- Deep experience in core Esri GIS software products: ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively in English.
- Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and a proactive team-oriented approach.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, Remote Sensing, or related fields.
Recommended Qualifications:
- Practical experience in Esri imagery products.
- Experience using AI in imagery and remote sensing.
- Proficiency in writing and speaking Arabic.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Remote Sensing, or related fields.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Proficiency in Arabic is recommended.
