We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to drive innovation and optimization within the AMET, leveraging the power of the company Web Services (AWS). This role will identify, develop, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, enhance overall customer experience, and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex projects and a passion for using AWS, including AI/ML services, to solve challenging problems. Strong leadership, technical acumen, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute an automation strategy aligned with the company's overall goals focusing on AWS Solutions, identifying key areas for prioritization.
- Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of AWS-powered projects, including management of timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
- AWS Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate AWS technologies, including AI/ML services like the company SageMaker and others; recommend the best solutions for specific needs.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with various stakeholders to design and develop innovative automation solutions, defining requirements and overseeing system integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and effective communication.
- Team Leadership: Mentor team members, fostering expertise in AWS and automation technologies.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor implemented solutions for performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external stakeholders involved in AWS integrations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record in leading and implementing complex automation projects.
- Experience with AWS and its core services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda).
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools, particularly within AWS.
- Experience with AWS AI/ML services and hold relevant AWS Certifications.
