About the Role Implement HSE requirements as per the company policy and conduct to ensure HSE compliance. Generate statistical reports related to incidents, accidents, near misses, and loss man hours. Key Accountability Areas Health: - Monitors and reports any employee illnesses or health concerns to ensure timely action. - Oversees and ensures the implementation of employee welfare programs and initiatives. Safety: - Supervises and ensures strict compliance with the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in alignment with work requirements. - Identifies potential risks and hazards, conducts assessments, and recommends appropriate control measures. - Regularly updates and reviews the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) to align with operational changes. Environment: - Measures and analyzes noise levels within factory premises and develops corrective actions, including recommendations for suitable PPE in affected areas. Documentation: - Prepares detailed reports on incidents, near misses, and accidents and leads incident and accident investigations, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, control measures, and follow-up tracking. - Supports the implementation and monitoring of HSE requirements at the project/site level, ensuring compliance with company HSE procedures, applicable Saudi regulations, and project HSE plan. - Conducts regular workplace inspections, participates in safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification, ensuring effective close-out of corrective actions. - Conducts daily follow-ups on safety non-conformances to ensure prompt rectification or escalation, maintaining appropriate controls at all times. - Prepares and maintains HSE reports, inspection records, and incident documentation. - Coordinates emergency response procedures, oversees fire safety management, and organizes and participates in emergency drills. - Supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the site HSE management system. - Promotes a proactive safety culture and encourages employees to report hazards and unsafe practices. - Provides regular safety performance updates and recommendations to management. - Monitors contractor and subcontractor compliance with applicable safety requirements. Role Accountability HR Proficiency: - Collaborates with teams to achieve effective work outcomes. - Ensures effective communication with peers and managers, demonstrating openness to direction and feedback. Delivery: - Executes planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules. - Utilizes resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters. Problem-Solving: - Resolves related issues and escalates complex operational problems as necessary. Quality: - Adheres to quality requirements and specifications for products, processes, or related activities. Business Process & Compliance: - Executes and complies with related tasks as per defined policies, procedures, and work instructions. Safety: - Adheres to all safety procedures and regulations. Academic Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or Diploma Degree in Safety Engineering. Work Experience - 2 to 4 Years or 4 to 6 Years. Technical / Functional Competencies - Safety Awareness and Compliance. - Safety Reviews and Inspections.
