What You'll Do:
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Break down complex problems into executable technical architectures.
- Own the Outcome: Monitor deployments and ensure that features effectively address business needs.
- Elevate Engineering Standards: Review code and documentation to uplift the team’s performance and knowledge sharing.
- Bridge the Gap: Facilitate collaboration between different departments to align engineering goals with compliance and operational needs.
- Balance Quality and Speed: Make informed decisions regarding technical debt and the tempo of shipping products.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in Production AI: You have built and managed real AI systems, not just demos or notebooks.
- Tool Agnostic: Proficient in SQL and prompt engineering, with the ability to choose the right tools for the job.
- Systemic Thinker: You identify and address structural issues within the organization and are skilled at optimizing problem-solving processes.
- Leadership in Uncertainty: You guide teams through unclear situations and foster productive discussions.

- Languages: Python, TypeScript
- AI/ML Frameworks: OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, LangGraph, Custom ML Pipelines
- Infrastructure: AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, LangFuse, Vector Databases, Graph Databases
