Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable solutions by breaking down complex problems into implementable technical architectures.
- Own the quality and outcome of the solutions you build, monitoring their deployment and adoption.
- Elevate engineering standards through code reviews and documentation.
- Bridge gaps between engineering, compliance, and operations to find consensus in requirements.
- Balance quality and speed, making strategic decisions regarding technical debt and urgency in shipping.
Who You Are:
- You have over 7 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years working with production AI systems.
- You have successfully deployed AI solutions that manage real traffic and are capable of handling unexpected challenges.
- You are comfortable working across various paradigms, using SQL and prompt engineering as needed.
- You possess strong leadership skills, especially in navigating uncertain paths and fostering problem-solving discussions.
- You think systematically, optimizing not just code but also organizational problem-solving processes.
