The Opportunity
As a Staff Brand Designer, you will bring a strong design vision and establish the visual standards for the company. You will be responsible for designing both static and 3D assets for launches and campaigns while ensuring brand cohesiveness. You will take briefs or proactive ideas to completion, creating a systemized layout in Figma or modeling and rendering hero 3D assets in Cinema 4D. You will report to the Creative Lead and will work as a senior individual contributor with no direct reports.
What You'll Do
- Design static 2D and 3D creative for the company, covering product launches, campaigns, promotions, and ongoing activities.
- Conceptualize, model, light, texture, and render 3D assets in Cinema 4D, producing everything from hero visuals to reusable asset libraries and templates.
- Extend and apply the company brand across various surfaces (organic social, lifecycle, web), ensuring designs maintain cohesion while avoiding repetitiveness.
- Create initiative-specific designs such as partner-branded assets and unique illustrations for product launches and market strategies.
- Develop scalable systems, including Figma component libraries and marketing templates, that allow other designers to create on-brand work efficiently.
- Integrate AI-assisted production into the design process, assessing its effectiveness.
- Contribute original ideas to briefs and provide constructive feedback on unclear briefs or stronger concepts.
- Adapt and localize designs for different markets, ensuring layouts remain functional across languages and requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, compliance, and regional teams to secure approvals without compromising creative concepts.
- Coordinate with other design specializations, ensuring seamless transitions between formats for 3D and static work.
- Maintain high standards in your own work and provide constructive feedback to peers.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in brand, static, and 3D design within a high-volume in-house team or agency, preferably in fintech, crypto, or a related field.
- A portfolio showcasing your work, including briefs, objectives, and results; examples of brand work, 3D projects, adaptable designs for multiple formats, and system or template work.
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D, demonstrating your ability to model, light, and render 3D projects.
- Expert-level skills in Figma, including components, auto layout, and variable management.
- Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and composition across varying formats.
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools and a discerning approach to incorporating them appropriately.

- Ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments with quick turnarounds and multiple review rounds.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear, straightforward language.
