Staff Cloud Support Engineer - Data Integration & ETL, Clients & Connectivity

We are currently seeking a Staff Cloud Support Engineer - Data Integration & ETL, Clients & Connectivity to join our expanding Support team. This role centers around delivering high-quality resolutions for data-driven business insights and fostering customer success.

As a Staff Cloud Support Engineer, you will focus on helping customers optimize their use of the company's Data Warehouse. You will provide technical guidance, collect product feedback, and contribute to internal knowledge development while taking part in strategic initiatives for process improvements. You will be challenged to solve complex problems and maintain exceptional service levels.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position
• Participation in support initiatives including providing coverage during holidays and weekends based on business needs
• Potential for flexible scheduling to meet business requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
• 8+ years of experience in a Technical Support or customer-facing role
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English
• Experience in a 24x7 environment, incident management, and technical escalations

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Desired Skills:

• Strong understanding of RDBMS, AWS services, data migration processes, SQL, and various coding languages
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools and database-related concepts
• Experience with troubleshooting tools and techniques
• Knowledge of internet protocols, authentication and authorization protocols, and debugging experience in Python or Java
