In this role, you will transform complex demands into concrete outcomes that drive engineering excellence. This involves leading and challenging engineering culture, collaborating with teams across the organization, and bringing a passion for engineering excellence and open-source software. Your leadership will help teams adopt and internalize these values.

You will work closely with engineering leadership to define and implement continuous improvement processes while establishing qualification requirements that support engineering quality standards. Your focus will be on defining methods for measuring quality, shaping engineering culture, and establishing strategic relations with external working groups and partners.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong experience in engineering and process management in an agile environment
  • Knowledge or certification in standards addressing software quality (e.g., ISO/IEC 25010 or ASPICE)
  • Proven track record in developing and growing teams
  • Experience leading compliance and certification efforts
  • Familiarity with Linux

Additional Skills:

  • Background as a software developer
  • Experience in establishing product engineering development metrics and KPIs
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
