To achieve our mission, we must scale and continuously evolve our machine learning capabilities, including cutting-edge Generative AI initiatives. As an ML Platform Engineer, you will design, build, and enhance the infrastructure and tooling that accelerates the development, deployment, and monitoring of traditional ML and genAI models at scale. Your collaboration with data scientists, ML engineers, genAI specialists, and product teams will ensure operational excellence across our ML and genAI systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain scalable, reusable, and reliable ML platforms and tooling for the entire ML lifecycle.
- Develop standardized ML workflows and templates to enable rapid experimentation and deployment.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and model registries to support ML projects.
- Collaborate with genAI experts to integrate and optimize technologies in production environments.
- Automate and streamline workflows for ML and genAI model training and deployment.
- Ensure reliability and scalability of production ML workloads through comprehensive monitoring.
- Integrate infrastructure components for robust ML operations using cloud solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong software engineering background with experience in distributed systems or platforms for machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience in modern MLOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
- Proven experience with generative AI technologies and real-time inference pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 2+ years in a tech lead role, 5+ years of experience in ML platform engineering or related areas.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Proficiency in English is likely a requirement given the international nature of the role.
