Your role is pivotal in accelerating product fit, driving market traction, and facilitating wide-scale rollout.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the company's Product and Engineering teams to bring new products and features to market.
- Handle mid-sized customers and partners independently.
- Drive the design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions.
- Guide customers and partners to achieve maximum benefits from their implementation.
- Travel to customer and partner locations when work-related travel resumes (20-30%).
What You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years of proven experience in IT/software.
- Experience in software solutions and delivery with major global organizations.
- Strong understanding of network principles and design, particularly in financial services.
- Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues across various platforms.
- Hands-on experience with software development, ideally writing production code.
