We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Designer to join our Quick Commerce team, dedicated to redefining customer experiences. You will be integral to building technology that enhances our non-food offerings, expands market reach, and drives revenue growth. Your involvement will span the full product development cycle from brainstorming new innovations to conducting research, usability testing, and proposing design solutions used by global partners.

As a part of the newly established Global Q-commerce Hub in Dubai, you will work closely with teams in Berlin and stakeholders across over 70 countries. Your mission will be to develop decision platforms that improve operations across Category Management and Store Management, impacting all global markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design strategy aligned with product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Translate complex user and business needs into clear, user-centric design solutions.
  • Drive the full product design process, from discovery to high-fidelity designs and implementation support.
  • Deliver high-quality web and mobile experiences using Figma.
  • Advocate for the user’s perspective in product discussions.
  • Promote design solutions and best practices within your team and organization.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Product Designer with a user-centric portfolio for web and mobile.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, particularly in data-driven B2B products. Familiarity with Figma’s distributed version control tools is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in leading research and design initiatives, with a comfort in advocating for design proposals backed by data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven collaboration skills with peers, product managers, developers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership and mentorship experience is preferable.
