We are currently seeking a Staff Product Designer to play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company within the crypto space. This staff-level individual contributor role will focus on complex, high-impact design challenges within the Growth team, emphasizing user experience for first-time users, retention, referrals, incentives, and ongoing engagement. You will help users unlock access to a wide range of the company's products.
The team is data-focused and collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure broad access to crypto. We value creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences, maintaining a culture of open and honest feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead staff-level design work across first-time user experience, retention, referrals, and engagement.
- Evolve the company’s design language while strengthening visuals across products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional end-to-end user experiences.
- Influence senior stakeholders to maintain high standards for growth and usability.
- Own design quality and measurable business outcomes as a staff-level IC.
- Utilize customer insights and performance data for strategy refinement.
- Conduct design reviews and foster team-wide standards through collaboration.
Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years in end-to-end product design, showcasing high-impact mobile and web projects.
- Strong UX and visual design skills, particularly in growth-focused problem-solving.
- Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing design processes.
- Proven track record in designing first-time user experiences and engagement flows.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Prototyping skills, including high-fidelity interaction design and motion graphics.
