We are seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers extract valuable insights from their data and optimize their journey. You will engage with new customers to introduce them to our products and assist established clients in maximizing their potential. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…
- Demonstrate technical leadership and authority in observability and/or security.
- Be the thought leader in deploying products, working closely with customers to resolve unique challenges.
- Collaborate with talented peers across Engineering, Sales Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams.
- Lead and execute complex customer engagements, ensuring successful architecture, design, development, deployment, operationalization, and documentation.
- Enhance our learning ecosystem by creating best practice documentation, blog posts, comprehensive runbooks, workshops, and training materials.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer, enablement, coaching, and mentoring for team members, customers, and partners.
- Work across many time zones and occasionally perform duties outside standard hours as required.
If You’ve Got It - We Want It
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in technical consulting or big data analytics with a strong grasp of advanced technical concepts and methodologies.
- Expertise in deploying and managing AWS/AZURE/GCP Cloud environments with advanced configuration and optimization techniques.
- Exceptional command of Big Data Analytics tools (e.g., Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, DataDog, Exabeam, Azure Sentinel) with deep understanding of their applications.
- Proven experience with complex Enterprise applications and proficiency in deploying and managing Kubernetes, Docker, and automation technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems, skilled in using command line interfaces and GUIs.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, with recent experience in developing scripts and automation workflows.
- Strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders, including administrators and executive partners.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and solving complicated technical challenges.
