We are looking for a senior tech leader with substantial experience in engineering to help shape the future of engineering in the region. Your role would involve leading internal engineering initiatives, designing scalable systems, driving data and AI impact, influencing product strategies, promoting technical excellence, mentoring engineers, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable, secure systems that enhance engineering productivity and reliability.
- Define system architecture for complex backend systems focused on performance and extensibility, leveraging expertise in Java, Golang, and modern platforms.
- Drive impact through the application of machine learning and AI innovation to enhance customer experiences.
- Shape product roadmaps and make technical decisions with a focus on customer outcomes.

- Mentor engineers and facilitate continuous learning and technical leadership development.
