About the Role
As a software engineer, your tasks will include:
- Designing and implementing advanced language model-powered solutions to enhance task efficiency and productivity.
- Enhancing API and interface performance to ensure scalability and user-friendly design.
- Tailoring user experiences for accessibility and seamless integration into daily workflows.
- Partnering with research teams to refine interfaces based on user feedback and real-world usage data.
- Developing and deploying systems for monitoring model performance, behavior, and alignment with user requirements.
- Pioneering innovative human-AI interaction paradigms that transform the collaboration between humans and artificial intelligence.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of experience in software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience with AI, data structures, or algorithms (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in fine-tuning and deploying generative LLMs utilizing TensorFlow, XLA/MLIR, JAX, and PyTorch frameworks (mandatory).
- Experience developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models integrated with vector databases to power conversational AI products (mandatory).
- Familiarity with autoregressive sequence models (mandatory).
- Excellent in-depth hands-on understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLM, MLLM, Generative AI, and RAG workflows (mandatory).
