We are seeking a highly experienced and deeply skilled Staff Solutions Engineer with a strong foundation in cybersecurity architecture and hands-on technical leadership. You will be a strategic technical expert, partnering closely with sales, customers, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering strategically with the sales organization to qualify and shape opportunities by deeply understanding customer environments and challenges.
- Leading high-impact technical engagements, including advanced product demonstrations and architectural reviews.
- Serving as a senior subject-matter expert across EDR/XDR, AI Security, Cloud Security, Identity Security, and SIEM.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government clients, guiding them in designing, validating, and implementing robust security architectures.
- Delivering compelling technical narratives and executive-level presentations tailored to customer priorities.
- Owning RFP/RFI processes to ensure accurate, competitive responses aligned with customer requirements.
- Mentoring junior and mid-level Solutions Engineers.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales, particularly in cybersecurity.
- Strong expertise with platforms and frameworks in endpoint security, cloud security, identity, logging, and threat detection.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to design scalable, outcome-focused solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- A passion for cybersecurity innovation and delivering measurable customer impact.
