About the Role
The Staff Testing Engineer, Powertrain owns the test infrastructure across AMP-2 Powertrain — including DU EOL test, HV Battery EOL, Inverter functional test, and Dynamometer test cells. Joining a greenfield facility, this engineer defines test system architecture, MSA governance, calibration standards, and correlation methodology from first commissioning through volume ramp to SOP. The role is the senior technical authority on Powertrain testing and operates through disciplined change control, objective launch evidence, cross-functional problem solving, and structured transfer of technical ownership to the Saudi workforce.
