As a Trading Application Support Specialist in a long-term internship lasting 4 to 6 months, based in Paris or Dubai, you will join a team of five. Your main objective will be to ensure the successful deployment of our solutions for clients, which include brokers, investment banks, and stock exchanges.

Responsibilities
- Establish direct contact with clients throughout the incident resolution process and ensure the proper use of the software at the client’s site.
- Analyze incidents and define their level of criticality, following the processes and tools available.
- Manage client requests until resolution or escalation, suggesting workarounds if necessary.
- Deploy and install our solutions or new features at the client's site.
- Train clients (users and IT teams) on our solutions.
- Collaborate with dedicated Client Delivery Managers and Engineering teams to discuss client challenges and expectations.

Requirements
- A graduate with a BAC+5 in Computer Science, interested in a role that combines client relations and technical analysis.
- Looking for a long-term internship of 4 to 6 months.
- Interest in capital markets and trading.
- Excellent customer service orientation, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a team spirit.
- Good analytical, synthesis, and writing skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems, system administration, object-oriented programming languages, and experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
