What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor progress of drawings and documentation for NOCs.
- Coordinate with Clients (both internal and external) and liaise with all government offices and service authorities in the UAE regarding technical queries and issues.
- Track utilities NOCs and ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with relevant agencies/authorities and Client team to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide support during the NOC process to the design team.
- Participate in project design meetings and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Gather information from relevant agencies, third-party consultants, and contractors for all technical queries and issues to prepare weekly and monthly reports, as well as design drawings for management and clients.
- Attend project meetings and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Undertake additional assigned duties.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an NOC role, preferably in the infrastructure industry.
- Proven experience in liaising with government authorities in Dubai and Northern Emirates, and familiarity with their NOC systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; candidates with 2-3 years of experience will be preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Knowledge and experience dealing with the approval process for infrastructure and building projects with statutory authorities/stakeholders in Dubai Emirates.
- Fluency in written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic.
- Strong leadership qualities and a demonstrated track record of delivery.
- Experience in innovation and process optimization.
- Strong time management skills and competence in prioritizing tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software; ability to use AutoCAD is preferable.
- Capability to effectively communicate at all levels, including external stakeholders.
- UAE driver's license is preferable.
- Must be a UAE National.
