Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Analysis Data Model (ADaM) datasets.
- Generate Tables, Figures, Listings (TFL/OPS) from the Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP).
- Create Define.xml and Analysis Data Reviewer’s Guide (ADRG) for data submission.
- Program and validate standard ADaM and utility Statistical Analysis Software (SAS) macros or R functions/packages following best programming practices.
- Act as a representative within cross-functional study teams and provide statistical support and solutions.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and new statistical programming capabilities.
- Maintain current scientific and regulatory knowledge.
Requirements:
- MSc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Informatics, or equivalent.
- Experience as a statistical programmer in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Excellent programming skills in R (function, package) and SAS (Macro, SQL).
- Ability to develop, validate, and maintain programs.
- Strong understanding of standardization and automation processes.
- Solid knowledge of statistical concepts applied to clinical data.
- Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
- Effective communication skills; capable of building relationships with stakeholders.
- Team player with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Capable of managing and meeting delivery timelines.
- Knowledge of CDISC standards (ADaM, SDTM) and excellent ADaM and metadata writing skills.
Salary:
- Junior Statistical Programmer: 10,000 AED/month Net (2 - 5 Years)
- Senior Statistical Programmer: 17,000 AED/month Net (5 - 10 Years)
- Principal Statistical Programmer: 25,000 AED/month Net (11+ years)
