Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Veeam Backup & Replication environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform regular backup and restore tests to validate data integrity and availability.
- Collaborate with Level 3 support and other IT teams to resolve complex backup and recovery issues.
- Implement and document backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Optimize backup schedules and storage utilization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Provide training and support to Level 1 technicians.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to backup and recovery processes.
- Monitor storage systems for availability, performance, and capacity utilization.
Required Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Veeam Backup Solution.
- Experience in Storage Administration of Dell EMC, HPE, and NetApp products.
- Veeam certification is a plus.
Work Conditions: On-site, must be open to work in shifts, including Afternoon & Night shifts.
