Position

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Veeam Backup & Replication environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Perform regular backup and restore tests to validate data integrity and availability.
Collaborate with Level 3 support and other IT teams to resolve complex backup and recovery issues.
Implement and document backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Optimize backup schedules and storage utilization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Provide training and support to Level 1 technicians.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to backup and recovery processes.
Monitor storage systems for availability, performance, and capacity utilization.

Required Technical Skills:

Expertise in Veeam Backup Solution.
Experience in Storage Administration of Dell EMC, HPE, and NetApp products.
Veeam certification is a plus.

Work Conditions: On-site, must be open to work in shifts, including Afternoon & Night shifts.
