In this role, you will be responsible for architecting solutions that will achieve customer business outcomes within a specific technical domain or across the broader company portfolio (hardware, software, services, and as-a-service offerings). You'll develop and articulate compelling, accurate, and relevant proposals, ensuring that customer business and technical requirements are met.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of technical solutions and customer proposals by leveraging standard or existing product domain artifacts and articulating the unique value of the company's portfolio.
  • Provide input that addresses key end-customer IT trends, requirements, gaps, or unmet needs.
  • Perform due diligence by ensuring technical design solutions meet customer workload needs, ensuring level expectations, and working within budget.
  • Develop awareness and explain the relevance of new technologies and trends in relation to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to successfully transfer knowledge and deliver effective solutions to customers.
  • Proactively help build the pipeline by identifying unmet or unrecognized needs within the account.
  • Document ongoing work (activities, tasks) throughout the sales cycle using specific tools and resources.

Education and Experience:

  • First-level university technical degree or equivalent technical qualifications.
  • 0-2 years of technical experience in IT.
  • Knowledge-based and experienced-based relevant industry certifications are preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic experience in solution configurations/architecture design and creating demos/proofs-of-concept (POC) to meet customer requirements.
  • Basic understanding of the company portfolio of products, software, services, and solutions.
  • Basic written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills, including active listening and storytelling.
  • Demonstrates basic discussion and persuasion skills.
  • Basic consultative and value selling skills, including ability to handle conflict and closing skills.
  • Ability to deliver live demonstrations or walkthroughs of products, solutions, tools, or services.
  • Basic project and time management skills with analytical and problem-solving skills.
