Responsibilities:
- Develop technical solutions and customer proposals utilizing existing product domain artifacts.
- Provide insights on end-customer IT trends and requirements.
- Ensure technical design solutions meet customer workload needs and budget.
- Track new technologies and competitor offerings relevant to customer needs.
- Participate in collaborative discussions to determine functional requirements of solutions.
- Build and support the opportunity pipeline through leveraging competitor knowledge.
Education and Experience:
- First-level university technical degree or equivalent qualifications.
- 0-2 years of technical experience in IT, with preferred industry certifications.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic experience in solution configuration and architecture design.
- Understanding of the company's product portfolio and the as-a-service (aaS) business model.
- Proficient in English and applicable local languages as needed.
- Basic project, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
