Your Role and Responsibilities
• Deliver Technical Sales Support: Provide technical sales support to clients and the company sellers, including delivering Proofs of Concept (POC) and architecting Storage solutions that meet client needs.
• Architect Storage Solutions: Design and implement Storage solutions that incorporate Brocade Directors, Switches & Extension Switches, Cloud Object Storage, Elastic Storage Server, and additional Storage products.
• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored technical sales support to fulfill their needs.
• Implement Storage Products: Implement and configure Storage products, such as FlashSystems, Hyper Protect Services, and SAN Volume Controller, to satisfy client demands.
• Provide Technical Expertise: Offer technical expertise and guidance to clients and the company sellers regarding Storage solutions, including Storage Archive, Storage Control, and Storage Insights.
Required Skills & Experience
• Exposure to Storage Solutions: Experience in designing and implementing Storage solutions, including architecting and configuring products like Brocade Directors, Cloud Object Storage, and Elastic Storage Server.
• Technical Sales Support Expertise: Proven experience in providing technical sales support, including Proofs of Concept (POC) and technical guidance on Storage solutions.
• Storage Product Knowledge: Experience with implementing and configuring products such as FlashSystems, Hyper Protect Services, and SAN Volume Controller.
• Solution Design Skills: Proficiency in designing Storage solutions that cater to client needs and working closely with clients to ascertain their technical requirements.
• Technical Consulting Expertise: Demonstrated experience as a technical consultant providing guidance on Storage solutions.
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Additional Storage Product Knowledge: Familiarity with other Storage products, such as Tape Libraries and Virtual Tape Systems, would be beneficial.
• Cloud Pak Familiarity: Experience with Storage Suite for the company Cloud Paks would enhance the ability to design effectively.
• Storage Solution Optimization: Knowledge of optimizing Storage solutions, including Storage Copy Data Management and Storage Protect, would be advantageous for technical sales support.
