What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) on a daily basis.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and mechanical overhauls when required.
- Maintain pumps, valves, hydraulic systems, and associated plant equipment.
- Monitor water quality and ensure compliance with operational and environmental standards.
- Safely use maintenance tools and equipment to support plant operations.
- Assist with equipment fabrication, spare parts tracking, and inventory management.
- Ensure all health, safety, and environmental procedures are consistently followed.
- Support the resort's sustainability initiatives through responsible plant management and environmental stewardship.
What We're Looking For
- High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Vocational Diploma or Technical Certification.
- Water & Chemical Management System Certification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar STP/ETP operations role.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic written and spoken English.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Passion for working outdoors and taking on practical technical challenges.
