About the Job
As an enterprise Account Executive in one of our most strategically meaningful regions, you will have the opportunity to identify, develop, and close business across large Telco accounts within KSA and the Middle East. You will build and maintain senior relationships with Telco leaders, including C-Level executives, shape long-term digital agendas, and lead multi-million-dollar digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong enterprise sales skills and the ability to coordinate global, cross-functional teams to deliver on client vision while managing an extended ecosystem of partners and internal teams.

Location: KAFD, Riyadh
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Education requirement: Degree or equivalent qualification/experience
Experience requirement: Minimum 3 years in SaaS solution environment

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and develop business across large Telco accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior Telco leaders, including C-Level executives.
  • Influence and simplify complex concepts for senior decision-makers.
  • Develop a self-sourced pipeline using structured account planning and proactive multi-threading.
  • Lead digital transformation and customer experience programmes from opportunity shaping to executive approval.
  • Orchestrate global teams to deliver on client vision.
  • Manage an ecosystem of partners, ensuring role clarity and accountability.
  • Apply value-based selling, quantifying impact, and influencing clients’ rationale for change.
  • Demonstrate values centred on integrity, collaboration, customer focus, and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM management.
  • Cultivate the partner ecosystem and understand indirect sales motions.
  • Knowledge of the Telco landscape and Arabic skills are advantageous but not essential.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Validated Enterprise Software sales experience.
  • Proven experience with large Telcos in the region and a strong network of contacts.
  • Experience selling to global enterprise customers and securing substantial deals.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas and managing a self-sourced pipeline.
  • Confident communicator with senior Telco leaders.
  • Experience in leading digital transformation programmes.
  • Understanding of the Martech landscape in the region.
  • Ambitious and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with value-based selling and the Middle East Telco landscape.
